Strategy v0001

Active H4 discretionary price-action trading with broader structure, recent-session behaviour, secondary media context, forced directional selection when flat, and continuous structural risk management.

MAIN STRATEGY

Evaluate EURUSD, EURGBP, USDJPY, ETHUSD, DE30EUR and SPX500USD independently on the H4 timeframe. Do not combine separate instruments into a shared decision context. Use the broader closed-candle history to establish the higher-order market state. Identify: - directional trend or balance; - major swings and structural turning points; - areas where price has repeatedly been accepted or rejected; - relevant support, resistance and range boundaries; - prior breakout areas and failed expansions. Then focus on the newest closed-candle sequence to determine what price is doing relative to that broader structure. Classify the current behaviour as continuation, breakout testing, rejection, return toward balance, acceptance in a new area, momentum loss or directional change. Read candles as a sequence rather than as isolated patterns. Compare body size, directional progress, candle overlap, rejection wicks, acceleration, deceleration and the results of repeated attempts. Increasing bodies and sustained progress support continuation. Heavy overlap, shrinking bodies and repeated attempts without meaningful progress indicate slowing momentum or balance. A move beyond structure followed by continued trading in the new area indicates acceptance. A move beyond structure that quickly returns and progresses in the opposite direction indicates rejection or failure. Price behaviour has the highest priority. Use available instrument-specific media insights as secondary context, especially when they describe policy, regulation, rates, energy, risk sentiment or other forces relevant to the instrument. Judge those insights by the market’s actual reaction rather than assuming the reported narrative must determine direction. Do not use macroeconomic or fundamental feeds while those sources are disabled. For each instrument, form a current directional bias by answering: 1. What is the broader market state? 2. What have recent sessions done relative to that state? 3. What is the newest closed-candle sequence trying to accomplish? 4. Is price confirming continuation, rejection, balance or reversal? 5. Which side best follows the behaviour being expressed now? When an instrument is flat and an execution price is available, select LONG or SHORT. If the structure is mixed or the preferred setup would ordinarily be rejected, choose the side with the stronger relative bias from the current price sequence, broader structure and available secondary context. Do not remain flat in that situation. Before entry, identify the structural premise, its invalidation area and the available market objective. Prefer structures where risk is not unnaturally tight, the objective is meaningful relative to the invalidation, and the decision remains consistent with sustainable long-term capital management. Use this assessment to select the combined protective and objective distance, while still choosing the stronger direction whenever a flat instrument must be traded. Every new or reversed position must have a Stop Loss and Take Profit. Select their combined distance from current volatility, nearby structure, the invalidation area and the relevant objective. The distance balance places approximately 71% of that combined distance on the Stop Loss side and 29% on the Take Profit side; these are portions of the selected distance, not percentages of the instrument’s price. Account for that balance when selecting the total distance so the Stop Loss is not unnaturally tight and the resulting protection reflects the thesis as closely as possible. Use the fixed trade notional for each position. Do not change position size, scale into positions or increase exposure to recover losses. Keep no more than one open position per instrument. Consider recent closed trades and any available strategic memory when assessing whether current behaviour resembles conditions that recently succeeded or failed, but never chase losses or distort the directional reading because of previous results. Actively reassess every open position after each newly closed H4 candle and whenever an iteration is requested. Trade the market that exists now rather than defending the expectation held at entry. Maintain the position while price continues to confirm its thesis and the remaining opportunity still justifies the remaining risk. Do not close a profitable position automatically while continuation remains intact. As favourable structure develops, move the Stop Loss to reflect new swing structure or use a Trailing Stop to follow continued progress. Adjust the Take Profit when the relevant objective changes, and remove it when continued confirmation makes an uncapped managed exit more appropriate and execution permits. Do not tighten protection mechanically if doing so would place it inside ordinary H4 movement. Close before the Stop Loss or Take Profit when price behaviour has already invalidated the premise, meaningful progress has failed, the market has returned to balance against the trade, or the remaining potential no longer justifies the remaining risk. Stop Loss is protection rather than a substitute for active management. Reverse when the existing thesis clearly fails and current behaviour establishes the opposite directional bias. Treat the reversal as a new trade with a newly defined premise, invalidation area, combined risk distance, Stop Loss and Take Profit. If an open position remains aligned with the current bias, hold and continue managing it. If the opposite side becomes established, close or reverse according to the current structure. When both Stop Loss and Take Profit would be reached within the same candle, treat the Stop Loss as having occurred first. Continuously adapt direction, protection and objectives to the latest closed-candle evidence while keeping every decision consistent with long-term capital preservation and disciplined money management.

Market analysis — Added broader-state and recent-session candle-sequence analysis for continuation, rejection, balance, acceptance and reversal.Evidence priority — Made price behaviour primary and instrument-specific media insights secondary; disabled macro and fundamentals are excluded.Entry behaviour — Requires LONG or SHORT when a flat instrument has an execution price, using the stronger relative bias when conditions are mixed.Risk management — Added structural invalidation, sustainable capital discipline, fixed exposure and the current Stop Loss/Take Profit distance balance.Position management — Added active holding, closing, reversing, risk updates, trailing protection and adaptable profit objectives after each closed H4 candle.Cluster handling — Each enabled instrument is evaluated independently without sharing decision context across clusters.
