Art Argentum is an online AI investment-agent, market-intelligence and research platform operated from Poland.

The platform may provide public market and intelligence pages, user workspaces, source monitoring, structured analytical outputs, AI-assisted research, strategy and backtest tools, trading-agent functionality, APIs, billing and enterprise services.

For personal data processed through the website and related account services, the relevant Art Argentum operator acts as controller where required by applicable data-protection law, unless a different role is stated for a specific service or agreement.

• Account registration, authentication and contact information.

Some Art Argentum features use artificial intelligence and large language models. To provide a requested feature, the platform may process prompts, selected workspace context, market context, strategy instructions, source materials, files, code, historical outputs or other information relevant to the task.

Depending on the feature, some of that information may be transmitted to third-party AI or model providers that process it to return model output or support the requested functionality. Those providers may process information under their own service terms, privacy commitments and contractual arrangements with Art Argentum.

Users should avoid placing unnecessary personal data, confidential third-party information, passwords, private keys or secrets in prompts or agent instructions. API keys and credentials should be stored only in designated secure fields intended for that purpose.

Art Argentum may keep limited records of prompts, outputs, model or system identifiers, tool calls, provenance or review-status metadata, job metadata, errors and usage where necessary for service delivery, account history, security, debugging, billing, abuse prevention, traceability and product reliability, subject to retention rules described below.

Art Argentum processes publicly available source materials, financial or market-related data and metadata from third-party platforms, websites, media, video, podcasts, APIs and other sources.

Depending on the feature, this may include source titles, dates, channel names, thumbnails, public URLs, descriptions, transcripts or extracted text, market symbols, price data, market observations, summaries, topics, entities, metrics and research-oriented metadata.

Art Argentum may create derived analytical or structured items from these materials for public intelligence pages, monitoring workflows, user libraries and agent context. It does not claim ownership of third-party source materials merely because they are processed or referenced.

• To process AI prompts and provide model-generated or deterministic outputs requested by the user.

• To meter usage, calculate charges, maintain wallet or billing records and prevent billing abuse.
• To monitor reliability, security and performance and investigate errors or incidents.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access and circumvention of limits.
• To analyze product usage and improve functionality.
• To respond to support, legal, commercial and privacy requests.
• To comply with accounting, tax, legal and regulatory obligations.

• Contract or steps requested before entering a contract — where processing is needed to create an account, provide requested services, process paid usage, maintain workspace state or answer a requested commercial inquiry.
• Legitimate interests — for security, fraud prevention, service reliability, debugging, product improvement, public-source research and operational monitoring, where those interests are not overridden by the rights of individuals.
• Consent — for optional cookies, analytics, advertising personalization or other processing where consent is required.

Art Argentum may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies for essential functionality, authentication, security, preferences, analytics, performance and advertising.

Where required, non-essential technologies are activated only after the relevant consent choice. Users can also manage cookies through their browser, although disabling essential technologies may affect account or platform functionality.

Art Argentum may use analytics services such as Google Analytics to understand traffic, feature use and performance. These services may receive device, browser, approximate location, referral and interaction information according to the configuration used and their own privacy terms.

Art Argentum may use Google AdSense or other advertising technologies on eligible public pages. Where required by law, consent is requested before using cookies or personal data for personalized advertising or measurement.

Logged-in functionality may include agents, monitored sources, watchlists, strategy and backtest tools, API settings, billing, libraries and other account resources.

Workspace configuration and service history may be stored so that the platform can provide persistent functionality and allow users to return to prior work.

Users are responsible for protecting passwords, authentication methods and API credentials associated with their account.

Paid services may be processed through third-party payment providers. Art Argentum does not intend to store full payment-card numbers on its own servers where an external payment provider handles the payment instrument.

Art Argentum may retain billing metadata such as payment status, transaction identifiers, wallet movements, usage records, invoices, tax information and service entitlements where necessary for service delivery, accounting, disputes, fraud prevention or legal compliance.

Art Argentum may use hosting, cloud infrastructure, AI/model providers, analytics providers, payment processors, authentication providers, email services, security providers, logging or monitoring providers and other technical vendors.

These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary for the relevant service, subject to applicable contractual and legal safeguards.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law, legal process or competent authorities, or where necessary to protect users, the platform or the rights and security of others.

Some providers used by Art Argentum may process information outside the user's country, including outside the European Economic Area.

Where required, international transfers are handled using recognized legal mechanisms such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other safeguards available under applicable data-protection law.

Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, subject to legal, accounting, security and dispute-resolution requirements.

Account and workspace records may be retained while an account is active. AI job records, prompts, outputs, tool-call metadata, logs and error records may be kept for periods appropriate to service history, debugging, security, billing and abuse prevention.

Billing and tax records may be retained for legally required periods. Public research data and source metadata may remain in the platform's research archive unless removal or correction is required by law or justified by a valid request.

Art Argentum uses automated and AI-assisted processing to generate research, classifications, summaries, code, strategy outputs, backtests and agent decisions. These outputs concern market and research workflows and are not, by themselves, decisions by Art Argentum about a user's legal status or entitlement to public benefits.

Art Argentum interfaces that directly expose AI or LLM functionality identify the AI/LLM nature of the interaction where it is not otherwise obvious from context.

For public analytical content, the platform may record whether an item was generated or materially transformed with AI and whether substantive human review or editorial control was recorded. Such metadata can support transparency, traceability, debugging and compliance processes.

Where applicable law requires additional information or safeguards for a specific form of automated decision-making affecting an individual, Art Argentum will provide the relevant notice or safeguards for that feature.

AI transparency and provenance records may include whether content was generated or materially transformed by AI, the model or system used, generation time, associated source references, publication state and any recorded human-review or editorial-control status.

These records may be used to support content labelling, internal audit, security, debugging, quality review, legal compliance and the investigation of disputed outputs.

A provenance field or AI label does not certify that the underlying content is accurate, complete or suitable for investment decisions.

Requests involving third-party source materials, public information or data that must be retained for legal reasons may require additional assessment before correction, restriction or deletion is possible.

Users may lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection supervisory authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych / UODO).

Current authority contact details should be verified on the official UODO website before use, as public authority addresses and communication channels may change.

Art Argentum applies reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect accounts, personal data and service infrastructure from unauthorized access, misuse, loss or alteration.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Users should protect authentication credentials, API keys, broker credentials and other secrets and should not place them in ordinary prompts or public content.

This Policy may be updated to reflect changes in AI functionality, model providers, workspaces, agents, data sources, APIs, billing, analytics, advertising technologies, legal requirements or business operations.
